Privacy policy
Zuttora is a practice platform for options trading with virtual money. We keep only what is needed to sign you in and run your practice account.
What we store
Your email address, a display name, and either a password hash (never the password itself) or, if you use Google sign-in, your Google account id. An optional phone number if you choose to enter one.
Your practice activity: virtual balance, orders, trades, positions, the exit levels you set and the automatic refills you received.
What we do not do
We do not sell, share or analyse your data. There are no advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
From Google sign-in we keep only your Google account id and verified email; your Google name and picture are not stored.
Cookies and browser storage
Zuttora sets no cookies of its own. Your browser keeps your sign-in token and a few preferences (sound on or off, the terminal layout, your chosen strikes, tutorial progress) in local storage on your device, so nothing about them is sent anywhere else.
If you choose Google sign-in, Google’s sign-in button (loaded only on the sign-in and register pages) works under Google’s own privacy policy.
Public leaderboard
If your score ranks in the top 20, your username and net worth appear on the public leaderboard on the home page. Pick a username you are happy to show.
Security and retention
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and all traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Your network address is used only in memory, to limit repeated sign-in attempts, and is not written to our logs.
Your account data is kept while your account exists. To delete your account and its data, email us from the address you signed up with.
